Cancellation: Please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival if you must cancel your stay. In the case of adverse weather conditions that close down all roads and airports, please call 970-879-1050 to confirm.

Late Arrival: Our office closes at 11 pm. If you anticipate arriving after that time, you must call 970-879-1050 to let us know.  For safety reasons, we are no longer putting keys out for late arrivals. 

Pets: We do not accept any pets under any circumstances, not in the rooms or anywhere on the property. Fines apply for non-compliance.

Smoking: All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. This is both a state and local law as well as our policy. Smoking of marijuana is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Fines apply for non-compliance.

Liability: This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Fines: A find of up to $500 will be applied for non-compliance of hotel policies in order to enforce state and local laws as well as house rules. While this may seem harsh, it is meant to ensure a safe and appropriate environment for all our guests. We expect a certain level of courtesy so that all may enjoy their experience in Steamboat Springs.
